Thermax has announced its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, highlighting significant growth in Profit Before Tax and Operating Cash Flow. However, challenges include a rising Debt-Equity Ratio and a decline in net sales, indicating mixed performance in the company's financial health.
Thermax, a prominent player in the Heavy Electrical Equipment industry, has released its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The evaluation changes reflect a stable score over the past three months, indicating a consistent assessment during this period.

The financial data reveals several noteworthy trends. Profit Before Tax (PBT) has shown significant growth, reaching Rs 145.84 crore, which marks an 88.86% increase year on year. This positive trend in PBT suggests a robust near-term outlook for the company's profitability. Additionally, the annual Operating Cash Flow has reached its highest level in three years at Rs 1,042.79 crore, indicating strong cash generation from business operations. Profit After Tax (PAT) also reflects a favorable trend, reported at Rs 152.38 crore, with a year-on-year growth of 31.6%.

Conversely, some challenges are evident in the financial results. The Debt-Equity Ratio has risen to 0.35 times, the highest in the last five half-year periods, suggesting an increase in borrowing to support operations, which may impact liquidity. Furthermore, net sales have dipped to Rs 2,150.18 crore, the lowest in five quarters, indicating a negative trend in sales performance. The Debtors Turnover Ratio has also declined to 4.30 times, reflecting a slower pace in settling receivables.
