Tourism Finance Corporation of India Reports Strong Financial Results for August 2025

Tourism Finance Corporation of India has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, with the announcement made on August 4, 2025. The company has experienced notable developments in its financial metrics during this period.
The Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) reached Rs 36.05 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters and reflecting a positive trend in the near term. This represents a growth of 20.6% compared to the average PBT of Rs 29.90 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) also reached a peak of Rs 30.56 crore, indicating a strong performance in profitability.

Earnings per Share (EPS) stood at Rs 3.30, the highest in the last five quarters, showcasing the company's ability to generate higher earnings for its shareholders. Additionally, the cash and cash equivalents reached Rs 142.00 crore, the highest in the last six half-yearly periods, suggesting an improvement in short-term liquidity. The Debt-Equity Ratio has also reached its lowest at 0.71 times in the last five half-yearly periods, indicating a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital.

In light of these developments, the stock has undergone an adjustment in evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from 9 to 8 over the last three months.
