Transcorp International Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Operational Gains and Sales Decline in March 2025

Transcorp International has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a complex picture of performance within the trading industry. The company's evaluation has undergone an adjustment, with its score reflecting a notable shift from -10 to -13 over the past three months.
On a positive note, Transcorp International achieved its highest operating profit in the last five quarters, reaching Rs 1.31 crore, indicating a favorable trend in operational efficiency, as evidenced by an operating profit margin of 0.52%, also the highest in the same period.

Conversely, the financial results highlight significant challenges. Net sales for the quarter fell to Rs 252.28 crore, marking a substantial decline compared to the average of the previous four quarters, which stood at Rs 384.81 crore. Additionally, profit before tax decreased to Rs 0.41 crore, reflecting a sharp drop from the prior average of Rs 0.89 crore. The profit after tax for the latest six months also showed a year-on-year decline of 39.71%.
