TTK Prestige Reports Decline in Profitability and Operational Efficiency Amid Financial Challenges in March 2025

TTK Prestige, a midcap player in the Electronics & Appliances industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The results indicate a notable shift in the company's financial landscape, with a revision in its score reflecting the challenges faced during this period.
The Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) for the quarter stands at Rs 28.82 crore, marking a significant decline compared to the average of Rs 49.61 crore over the previous four quarters. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) has also decreased to Rs 30.78 crore, aligning with the negative trend observed in PBT. The operating profit has reached its lowest point in five quarters at Rs 51.35 crore, indicating a downturn in operational efficiency, as evidenced by an operating profit margin of just 7.91%.

Additionally, the company's reliance on non-operating income, which constitutes 36.49% of PBT, raises concerns about the sustainability of its business model. The earnings per share (EPS) have also reached a low of Rs -2.97, reflecting a decline in profitability and lower returns for shareholders.
