TVS Holdings Reports Strong Financial Results, Highlights Growth in Key Metrics for June 2025

TVS Holdings has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a notable performance across various metrics. The company's evaluation has undergone an adjustment, reflecting a score change from 15 to 20 over the past three months.
In terms of operational performance, TVS Holdings achieved its highest quarterly operating profit (PBDIT) at Rs 2,012.42 crore, marking consistent growth over the last five quarters. The profit before tax (PBT) reached Rs 1,007.13 crore, demonstrating a year-on-year growth of 42.02%. Similarly, the profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 335.55 crore, with a significant year-on-year increase of 58.3%. Net sales also reached a peak of Rs 12,742.19 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 22.72%.

On the liquidity front, cash and cash equivalents were reported at Rs 5,135.11 crore, the highest in the last six half-yearly periods, indicating an improvement in short-term liquidity. Additionally, the debt-equity ratio has reached its lowest point at 6.93 times, suggesting a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital. However, interest expenses have risen to Rs 1,297.53 crore, indicating increased borrowing costs.
