TVS Motor Company Reports Strong Profit Growth and Improved Financial Metrics in June 2025

TVS Motor Company, a prominent player in the automobiles sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The company has experienced notable developments in several key financial metrics.
The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the latest six months stands at Rs 1,250.72 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year growth of 49.46%. This trend indicates a robust performance in profitability. Additionally, the Debt-Equity Ratio has reached its lowest point at 1.73 times, demonstrating a consistent reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital over the past five half-year periods.

In terms of sales, TVS Motor Company achieved its highest quarterly net sales in the last five quarters, amounting to Rs 12,210.05 crore. This positive sales trend is complemented by an increase in cash and cash equivalents, which have reached Rs 4,386.24 crore, marking the highest level in the last six half-year periods and suggesting improved short-term liquidity. Furthermore, the Debtors Turnover Ratio has also seen an uptick, recorded at 25.74 times, indicating that the company is effectively managing its receivables.
