Ugro Capital Reports Mixed Financial Results Amidst Record Sales and Cash Flow Challenges

Ugro Capital, a small-cap player in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The results indicate a mixed performance, with certain metrics showing positive trends while others reflect challenges.
On the positive side, Ugro Capital achieved its highest quarterly net sales at Rs 414.00 crore, marking consistent growth over the last five quarters. Additionally, the operating profit reached Rs 258.49 crore, also the highest in the same timeframe, suggesting a favorable trend in operational efficiency, as evidenced by an operating profit margin of 62.44%.

Conversely, the company faces significant hurdles. The annual operating cash flow has reached its lowest point at Rs -2,474.03 crore, indicating a decline in cash revenues from business operations over the past three years. Furthermore, the profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at Rs 34.13 crore, reflecting a decrease compared to the average of the previous four quarters. The earnings per share (EPS) also hit a low of Rs 2.99, signaling a reduction in profitability for shareholders.

In light of these developments, Ugro Capital has experienced adjustments in its evaluation, with a revision in its score noted in recent assessments.
