Vishnu Chemicals Reports Strong Financial Growth in March 2025 Results

Vishnu Chemicals, a small-cap player in the specialty chemicals industry, has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The company has experienced notable developments in its financial metrics, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation.
The quarter showcased a peak in net sales, reaching Rs 392.63 crore, marking consistent growth over the last five quarters. Additionally, the operating profit to interest ratio improved significantly, recorded at 7.67 times, indicating enhanced capability in managing interest obligations. The operating profit (PBDIT) also reached its highest level at Rs 64.06 crore, reflecting a positive trend in operational efficiency.

Profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) both achieved their highest figures in the last five quarters, with PBT at Rs 47.58 crore and PAT at Rs 38.94 crore. These figures represent substantial growth compared to the average of the previous four quarters, suggesting a favorable trajectory in profitability. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 5.79, indicating increased earnings for shareholders.

However, the company noted that its non-operating income, while at a high of Rs 5.69 crore, may not be sustainable in the long term.
