Yes Bank has reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024, showcasing a very positive performance for Q3 FY24-25. However, the stock's evaluation has experienced an adjustment, with its score shifting from 22 to 21 over the past three months.

The financial data reveals several strengths for Yes Bank. The Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs 612.27 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year growth of 164.5%. Additionally, interest earned has reached a record high of Rs 7,829.14 crore, marking consistent growth over the last five quarters. The bank has also reported the lowest Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) at 1.60% and Net NPA at 0.50% in the same period, indicating a decline in the proportion of stressed loans. Furthermore, the Earnings per Share (EPS) has peaked at Rs 0.20, suggesting enhanced profitability for shareholders. The Credit Deposit Ratio stands at 88.32%, indicating effective loan generation against deposits.

Conversely, the financials highlight some challenges, including a high non-operating income that constitutes 184.32% of Profit Before Tax (PBT), which raises concerns about sustainability. Additionally, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has reached its lowest point at 15.20% in the last five quarters, suggesting a weakening capital base relative to risk assets.
