Zensar Technologies Reports Strong Sales Growth Amid Declining Profitability in Q2 FY24-25

Zensar Technologies has released its financial results for the second quarter of FY24-25, showcasing a notable performance in net sales, which reached Rs 1,308.00 crore, the highest in the last five quarters. This figure indicates a positive near-term sales trend for the company. Additionally, the Debtors Turnover Ratio improved to 7.11 times, marking the best performance in this metric over the last five half-yearly periods, suggesting effective management of receivables.
On the other hand, the financial results also reveal several challenges for Zensar Technologies. Profit Before Tax (PBT) declined to Rs 166.80 crore, representing a year-on-year change and the lowest level recorded in the last five quarters. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a year-on-year reduction, amounting to Rs 155.70 crore. Furthermore, the Earnings per Share (EPS) fell to Rs 6.86, the lowest in five quarters, indicating a shift in profitability. The company's cash and cash equivalents have reached Rs 573.00 crore, reflecting a change in short-term liquidity.

In light of these results, there has been an adjustment in evaluation for Zensar Technologies.
