Notably, the market is showing strength, with the Sensex trading above its 50-day moving average, which is also above the 200-day moving average.Small-cap stocks are leading the charge, with the BSE Small Cap index rising by 0.6%. Among the top performers, VLS Finance surged by 18.65%, while Marico and Central Bank gained 2.83% and 2.90%, respectively, in the large and mid-cap categories. Conversely, Tata Motors faced a significant decline of 4.84%, making it the top loser among large caps, followed by Ipca Labs and Fischer Medical, which fell by 3.31% and 9.95%, respectively.
