Ashiana Housing, a small-cap player in the realty sector, has recently undergone an adjustment in its evaluation score. This revision reflects a shift in the technical trends associated with the stock, moving from a sideways pattern to a mildly bullish outlook.

The company achieved a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 8.10 crore, marking a significant growth of 181.08%. Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 12.72 crore, which represents an impressive increase of 333.4%. The company's cash and cash equivalents also reached a high of Rs 447.04 crore, indicating a strong liquidity position.

Despite these positive indicators, Ashiana Housing's return on equity (ROE) stands at 5.2, and the stock is trading at a premium relative to its peers, with a price-to-book value of 4.1. Over the past year, the stock has generated a return of -2.92%, while profits have seen a decline of 40.3%.
