Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Reports Strong Q2 Growth Amid Stakeholder Changes

Prudent Corporate Advisory Services has recently undergone an evaluation adjustment that reflects the current dynamics within the finance and non-banking financial company (NBFC) sector. This revision in its score comes in the context of the company's notable financial metrics and market positioning.
In the second quarter of FY24-25, Prudent Corporate reported a net profit growth of 16.56%, alongside a substantial increase in net sales, which grew at an annual rate of 36.17%. The company has demonstrated consistent performance over the past nine quarters, with operating cash flow reaching a peak of Rs 149.60 crore. For the first half of the fiscal year, net sales totaled Rs 535.50 crore, marking a growth of 50.65%, while profit after tax (PAT) surged by 63.68% to Rs 95.72 crore.

However, the technical trend for the stock has shown signs of stabilization, suggesting a period of consolidation without clear price direction. Additionally, there has been a slight reduction in promoter confidence, as they have decreased their stake by 2.71%, now holding 55.72% of the company. Despite these developments, the stock has delivered an impressive return of 113.17% over the past year, significantly outpacing the broader market.
