Rashi Peripherals has recently adjusted its evaluation score, reflecting a shift in technical indicators towards a bearish trend. Despite this, the company reported strong Q1 FY25-26 results, with net sales growing 22.60% and profit after tax increasing by 27.88%, indicating solid financial performance.
Rashi Peripherals, a small-cap player in the IT hardware industry, has recently undergone an adjustment in its evaluation score. This revision reflects a shift in technical indicators, which now suggest a bearish trend. Key metrics such as the MACD and Bollinger Bands indicate a bearish stance on both weekly and monthly timeframes, while moving averages also align with this outlook.

Despite the recent score adjustment, Rashi Peripherals has demonstrated positive financial performance in its latest quarterly results for Q1 FY25-26. The company reported a notable growth in net sales at an annual rate of 22.60%, alongside a significant increase in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 142.50 crore, marking a growth of 27.88%. The profit before tax (PBT) less other income for the quarter reached Rs 72.36 crore, reflecting a robust growth of 42.9% compared to the previous four-quarter average.

While the stock has faced challenges, including a return of -34.23% over the past year, its underlying financial metrics, such as a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 10.7 and a PEG ratio of 0.2, suggest a valuation that may warrant further examination.
