Stove Kraft Faces Mixed Performance Amid Shift to Neutral Evaluation Status

Stove Kraft, a small-cap player in the electronics and appliances sector, has recently undergone an adjustment in its evaluation. This revision reflects a shift in the technical landscape, moving from a mildly bullish stance to a more neutral position.

The net sales for Q1 FY25-26 were reported at Rs 340.11 crore, reflecting a decrease of -6.2% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, the operating profit has experienced an annual decline of -6.94% over the last five years. Despite these challenges, the company maintains an attractive valuation with a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 10.3 and a favorable enterprise value to capital employed ratio of 3.3.

Institutional interest appears to be on the rise, with a 0.75% increase in stakes held by institutional investors, who now collectively own 8.97% of the company. This trend may indicate a growing confidence in the company's fundamentals.
