Allied Digital Services Shows Stability Amid Mixed Financial Performance Indicators

Allied Digital Services, a microcap player in the Computers - Software & Consulting industry, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting a more stable performance. The company reported a flat financial performance for the quarter ending June 2025, with a notable improvement in its evaluation score over the past three months.
Key metrics indicate positive developments for Allied Digital. The profit before tax (PBT) less other income for the quarter reached Rs 11.47 crore, marking a significant growth of 183.7% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, net sales for the nine-month period stood at Rs 643.94 crore, reflecting a growth rate of 22.20%. The profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter was Rs 14.44 crore, showing a robust increase of 79.9% against the previous four-quarter average. Furthermore, the company reported its highest cash and cash equivalents at Rs 214.16 crore.

However, challenges remain. The PAT over the latest six months has declined by 72.15%, while the return on capital employed (ROCE) is at a low of 9.91%. The debt-equity ratio has also reached its highest level at 0.16 times.

In terms of market performance, Allied Digital has shown resilience compared to the Sensex. Over the past week, the stock returned 5.34%, while the Sensex declined by 1.23%. Despite a year-to-date decline of 27.38% against a 3% gain in the Sensex, the company has outperformed the index over longer periods, including a remarkable 835.07% return over the past five years.
