Amber Enterprises Reports Strong Growth Amid Rising Interest Expenses Challenges

Amber Enterprises India, a prominent player in the Electronics & Appliances sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment. The company reported a robust financial performance for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing significant growth in key metrics. Notably, the Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) reached a commendable 13.32%, indicating efficient use of capital. Additionally, net sales surged to Rs 3,449.13 crore, reflecting a growth rate of 43.64%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) less Other Income also demonstrated strong performance, increasing by 48.74% to Rs 124.66 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose by 43.5% to Rs 103.87 crore.
However, the company faces challenges, particularly with interest expenses, which peaked at Rs 63.36 crore. This increase in interest costs could impact overall profitability moving forward.

In terms of market performance, Amber Enterprises has outperformed the Sensex over various time frames. Over the past year, the stock has delivered a remarkable return of 78.5%, significantly surpassing the Sensex's negligible growth. The company's strong performance over three and five years, with returns of 212.99% and 430.18% respectively, further underscores its competitive position in the market.
