Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a challenging quarter ending March 2025. The company reported its highest quarterly PBDIT at Rs 64.85 crore and net sales reaching Rs 76.80 crore, indicating strong revenue generation. However, the performance was marred by a significant decline in profit after tax (PAT), which fell to Rs -7.59 crore, a drop of 73.1% compared to the previous four-quarter average.

Additionally, the operating profit to interest ratio was recorded at a low of 2.40 times, while interest expenses peaked at Rs 27.06 crore. These factors have contributed to the overall negative financial performance for the quarter.

In terms of market performance, Anzen IYEP Trust has shown resilience against the Sensex, with a year-to-date return of 12.29%, significantly outperforming the Sensex's 4.68% during the same period. Over the past year, the stock has delivered a return of 11.98%, compared to the Sensex's 8.15%. This performance highlights the company's ability to navigate market challenges, despite the recent financial setbacks.
