Ashiana Housing Reports Strong Financial Metrics, Indicating Resilience in Realty Sector

Ashiana Housing has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a significant improvement in its performance metrics for the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported an operating cash flow of Rs 233.51 crore, marking a strong position in its financial health. Additionally, net sales reached Rs 165.57 crore, showcasing remarkable growth of 203.58%.
Key performance indicators also highlight the company's robust operational efficiency, with a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 8.89% and a highest recorded profit before depreciation, interest, and taxes (PBDIT) of Rs 29.14 crore.
