Axis Bank Ltd. Sees Surge in Call Options, 7,594 Contracts at Rs 1110 Strike

Despite this activity, Axis Bank's stock has underperformed the sector, declining by 3.94% today and experiencing a consecutive fall over the last two days, totaling a drop of 5.2%. The stock opened down by 6.02%, reaching an intraday low of Rs 1086. Currently, it is trading below its 5-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages, reflecting a bearish trend.

In terms of liquidity, the stock remains accessible for trading, with a delivery volume of 34.62 lakhs on July 17, marking a 15.07% increase compared to the 5-day average. Overall, Axis Bank's current performance metrics highlight a challenging environment, despite the heightened activity in its options market.
