Cyber Media Reports Record Sales Amidst Ongoing Financial Management Challenges

Cyber Media (India) has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a notable shift in its performance metrics for the quarter ending June 2025. The company reported its highest net sales at Rs 25.85 crore, alongside a peak in PBDIT of Rs 1.36 crore. The operating profit to net sales ratio also reached a significant 5.26%, with profit before tax (PBT) less other income hitting Rs 1.07 crore and profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 1.11 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 0.67, indicating a robust quarter for the microcap firm in the media and entertainment sector.
However, challenges remain, particularly with a return on capital employed (ROCE) of -13.40%, which is the lowest recorded for the half-year. Additionally, the debtors turnover ratio is at a low of 2.89 times, suggesting potential issues in managing receivables.

In terms of market performance, Cyber Media's stock has experienced fluctuations, with a current price of Rs 16.68, reflecting a decline over various time frames compared to the Sensex. Notably, the company has shown a remarkable return over the past five years, outperforming the broader market index significantly.
