Divgi Torqtransfer Systems, a microcap player in the auto components and equipment sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its improved performance in the quarter ending June 2025. The company reported its highest net sales at Rs 71.68 crore, alongside a peak PBDIT of Rs 13.99 crore and a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 6.99 crore. Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 8.93 crore, translating to an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 2.92.
However, not all metrics are favorable. The PAT for the nine-month period stands at Rs 19.52 crore, showing a decline of 20.46%. Furthermore, non-operating income constitutes a significant 42.14% of the PBT, indicating reliance on income sources outside of core operations.

In terms of market performance, Divgi Torq has shown resilience compared to the Sensex. Over the past week, the stock returned 4.95%, while the Sensex declined by 0.64%. In the month, the stock gained 4.59%, contrasting with a 4.33% drop in the Sensex. Year-to-date, Divgi Torq has outperformed the Sensex with a return of 6.37% against 2.49%.
