Gujarat Natural Resources Reports Record Financial Metrics Amid Rising Interest Expenses

Gujarat Natural Resources has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a significant improvement in its performance metrics for the quarter ending September 2025. The company has reported its highest operating profit to interest ratio at 8.53 times, indicating strong operational efficiency. Additionally, net sales reached Rs 8.65 crore, while PBDIT stood at Rs 4.86 crore, both marking the highest figures recorded by the company.
The operating profit to net sales ratio also showcased robust performance at 56.18%, with profit before tax (PBT) less other income hitting Rs 3.03 crore. The net profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 3.84 crore, translating to an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 0.30, further underscoring the company's solid financial health.

However, the company faces challenges, particularly with interest expenses, which have grown by 38.58% over the past nine months, totaling Rs 2.73 crore.

In terms of market performance, Gujarat Natural Resources has significantly outperformed the Sensex across various time frames. Over the past year, the stock has returned 354.48%, compared to the Sensex's 9.54%. This trend highlights the company's strong recovery and market positioning within the oil industry.
