Hathway Cable Reports Strong Profit Growth Amid Ongoing Market Challenges

The company also achieved its highest profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 35.06 crore and earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 0.20.
However, challenges remain, particularly with non-operating income constituting 81.21% of the PBT, indicating a reliance on income sources outside of core operations.

In terms of market performance, Hathway's stock has faced volatility, with a current price of Rs 15.92, down from a previous close of Rs 16.03. Over the past year, the stock has declined by 32.74%, contrasting sharply with the Sensex's 5% return.
