Bharat Dynamics' net sales increased significantly from INR 2,350.58 crore in Mar'24 to INR 3,323.07 crore in Mar'25, following a dip in Mar'23. Total operating income also rose to INR 3,345.05 crore in Mar'25 from INR 2,369.28 crore in Mar'24. However, total expenditure, excluding depreciation, increased to INR 2,872.68 crore in Mar'25, up from INR 1,832.72 crore in Mar'24. This resulted in an operating profit (PBDIT) of INR 822.77 crore for Mar'25, slightly down from INR 898.39 crore in Mar'24. Profit before tax decreased to INR 748.76 crore in Mar'25 from INR 828.24 crore in Mar'24, leading to a profit after tax of INR 549.65 crore, down from INR 612.72 crore. The earnings per share (EPS) also fell to INR 14.99 in Mar'25 from INR 16.72 in Mar'24. The company's reserves increased to INR 3,825.67 crore in Mar'25, indicating a strengthening of its financial position despite the decline in profits.
