However, profit after tax fell significantly, alongside declines in key metrics such as PBDIT and operating profit ratio, indicating operational challenges amid a struggling stock performance compared to the Sensex.
Indiamart Intermesh, a player in the E-Retail and E-Commerce sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting a flat performance for the quarter ending September 2025. The company's financial score has seen a notable decline, indicating challenges in certain key areas.

On a positive note, Indiamart reported its highest net sales for the quarter at Rs 391.00 crore, showcasing its ability to generate revenue. However, this success is overshadowed by a significant drop in profit after tax (PAT), which fell to Rs 82.70 crore, marking a 44% decline compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, the company recorded its lowest PBDIT at Rs 129.70 crore and a decrease in operating profit to net sales ratio, which stood at 33.17%. Other metrics, including profit before tax and earnings per share, also reached their lowest points, indicating operational challenges.

In terms of market performance, Indiamart's stock has faced difficulties compared to the Sensex. Over the past year, the stock has declined by 22.9%, while the Sensex has gained 3.64%. This trend highlights the need for the company to address its operational inefficiencies to align more closely with broader market performance.
