IVP Reports Record Sales Amid Mixed Profit Trends and Market Resilience

IVP, a microcap player in the chemicals industry, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a more stable performance in its latest quarter ending March 2025. The company's net sales reached a record high of Rs 149.36 crore, showcasing a robust operational capacity. Additionally, profit before tax (PBT) less other income grew significantly, registering at Rs 4.21 crore, which is a notable increase compared to the previous four-quarter average. The profit after tax (PAT) also demonstrated positive momentum, amounting to Rs 3.83 crore, reflecting a growth rate of 25.4%.
However, not all metrics are favorable. The nine-month PAT has seen a decline of 28.94%, indicating challenges in sustaining profitability over a longer period.

In terms of market performance, IVP has shown resilience with a one-week return of 16.05%, significantly outperforming the Sensex, which returned 2.73% in the same timeframe. Over the past year, IVP's stock has delivered a return of 13.96%, slightly ahead of the Sensex's 13.08%. Despite some fluctuations, the company's long-term performance remains noteworthy, particularly with a remarkable 463.80% return over the past five years, compared to the Sensex's 165.39%.
