Over the past year, the stock has seen a steep decline of 49.07%, contrasting sharply with the Sensex's gain of 5.02%. The company's financial health raises concerns, highlighted by a -35.20% compound annual growth rate in operating profits over the last five years and a low return on equity of 2.29%. Additionally, Kanani Industries reported its lowest quarterly net sales at Rs. 20.87 crore in December 2024.
