Kansai Paint Stock Hits Day Low Amid Price Pressure, Drops to JPY 2,224.50

Despite these setbacks, the company reported positive results in December, including a significant increase in net sales, reaching JPY 153,195 million, and an operating profit of JPY 22,059 million. Kansai Paint maintains a strong management efficiency, evidenced by a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 11.94% and a healthy EBIT to interest ratio of 20.71. However, the stock's performance over the last year has lagged behind the market, generating a return of just 9.33% compared to the Nikkei 225's impressive 66.67%.
