Keystone Realtors Faces Financial Struggles Amid Declining Realty Sector Performance

Keystone Realtors has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a challenging performance in the realty sector for the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported a significant decline in its financial metrics, with a notable drop in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 8.55 crore, marking a steep decrease of 78.7% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, the operating cash flow for the year reached a low of Rs -177.16 crore, indicating liquidity challenges.
On a more positive note, Keystone Realtors achieved its highest dividend per share (DPS) at Rs 1.50, alongside a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 20.23%, which may provide some reassurance to stakeholders. However, the company faced difficulties with net sales, which totaled Rs 1,357.25 crore, reflecting a decline of 23.18%. Other concerning metrics included a return on capital employed (ROCE) of just 5.27% and a low operating profit to interest ratio of 0.98 times.

In terms of market performance, Keystone Realtors has struggled significantly compared to the Sensex, with a year-to-date stock return of -22% against the Sensex's 8.41%.
