Keystone Realtors Faces Financial Challenges Amid Mixed Performance Metrics and Market Underperformance

Keystone Realtors has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting challenges in its performance metrics for the quarter ending June 2025. The company reported a significant decline in its financial score, indicating a shift in its operational effectiveness.
On a positive note, the company's profit after tax (PAT) for the latest six months reached Rs 79.31 crore, showcasing a growth rate of 40.37%. Additionally, the debtors turnover ratio has achieved a notable high of 24.02 times, suggesting efficient management of receivables.

However, several key indicators reveal areas of concern. The quarterly PAT fell to Rs 14.51 crore, marking a substantial decline of 66.2% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Other metrics, including net sales at Rs 273.12 crore and operating profit to net sales at just 5.03%, are at their lowest levels. Furthermore, the operating profit to interest ratio stands at 1.92 times, and the earnings per share (EPS) has dropped to Rs 1.15.

In terms of market performance, Keystone Realtors has underperformed relative to the Sensex, with a year-to-date return of -14.36% compared to the Sensex's 3.29%. This trend underscores the challenges the company faces in a competitive realty market.
