Kuantum Papers Faces Financial Struggles Amid Mixed Market Performance and Declining Metrics

Kuantum Papers, a microcap player in the Paper, Forest & Jute Products industry, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its ongoing challenges. The company reported its highest net sales for the quarter ending September 2025 at Rs 279.70 crore. Kuantum Papers' operating profit before depreciation, interest, and taxes (PBDIT) is at its lowest, amounting to Rs 34.34 crore, and the operating profit to net sales ratio is similarly low at 12.28%. The earnings per share (EPS) have dropped to Rs 0.66, further highlighting the company's financial struggles. In terms of market performance, Kuantum Papers has shown mixed results compared to the Sensex. Over the past year, the stock has declined by 18.18%, while the Sensex has gained 9.50%. However, over a five-year period, Kuantum Papers has outperformed the Sensex with a return of 161.15% compared to the index's 93.28%.
