This surge coincides with a trading volume of 17,572 contracts, contributing to a total futures value of approximately Rs 43,218.17 lakhs.In terms of price performance, Lodha Developers has outperformed its sector by 0.78%, marking a notable trend reversal after four consecutive days of decline. The stock reached an intraday high of Rs 1,199.5, representing a 2.06% increase. Currently, the stock's price is above its 5-day and 20-day moving averages, although it remains below the 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages.
Additionally, the delivery volume on October 23 has surged to 11.52 lakh shares, a remarkable increase of 93.87% compared to the 5-day average.
