Lodha Developers Sees 12.18% Surge in Open Interest to 37,081 Contracts

Lodha Developers Ltd, a prominent player in the realty sector, has experienced a significant increase in open interest today, reflecting heightened trading activity. The latest open interest stands at 37,081 contracts, up from the previous 33,056, marking a change of 4,025 contracts or a 12.18% increase. This surge in open interest comes alongside a trading volume of 18,522 contracts, indicating robust market engagement.
In terms of performance, Lodha Developers has outperformed its sector by 0.36%, although it has recorded a slight decline of 0.04% over the past day. The stock is currently trading below its 5-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages, suggesting a challenging short-term trend. Notably, the delivery volume on October 6 reached 9.4 lakh shares, a 31.17% increase compared to the 5-day average, highlighting rising investor participation.

With a market capitalization of Rs 1,12,085 crore, Lodha Developers remains a significant entity in the large-cap segment of the real estate industry.
