Surge in Open Interest Signals Increased Market Activity for Mahindra & Mahindra

In terms of price performance, M&M is currently trading close to its 52-week high, just 3.04% away from the peak of Rs 3,303. Despite this, the stock has faced challenges recently, experiencing a decline of 1.94% over the past four days. It is noteworthy that M&M's current price is above its 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages, although it is below the 5-day moving average.

Additionally, the stock has shown rising investor participation, with a delivery volume of 138,300 shares on July 28, reflecting an 18.17% increase compared to the 5-day average. With a market capitalization of Rs 4,00,062 crore, M&M remains a liquid stock, suitable for trades of approximately Rs 12.36 crore based on 2% of the 5-day average traded value.
