MIC Electronics has reported net sales of Rs 56.46 crore over the past six months, reflecting a growth rate of 67.69%. However, the company faces challenges with a low operating profit to interest ratio and a decline in profit after tax to Rs 1.67 crore, alongside rising interest expenses.
MIC Electronics, a small-cap player in the industrial manufacturing sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its performance in the quarter ending June 2025. The company's financial metrics indicate a challenging period, with a notable decline in its evaluation score.

On a positive note, MIC Electronics reported net sales of Rs 56.46 crore over the last six months, showcasing a significant growth rate of 67.69%. This increase in sales highlights the company's ability to generate revenue despite the broader challenges it faces.

However, several key performance indicators reveal areas of concern. The operating profit to interest ratio stands at a low of 2.46 times, indicating potential difficulties in covering interest expenses. Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) has decreased to Rs 1.67 crore, reflecting a decline of 15.2%. The interest expense has reached its highest level at Rs 1.67 crore, further straining profitability. Other metrics, such as profit before tax (PBT) and earnings per share (EPS), have also hit their lowest points, with PBT at Rs 1.53 crore and EPS at Rs 0.07.

In terms of market performance, MIC Electronics has faced significant challenges compared to the Sensex. Over the past year, the stock has declined by 40.80%, while the Sensex has shown a modest return of 4.23%. Despite a remarkable 5-year return of over 5000%, the recent trends indicate a need for strategic reassessment as the company navigates its current financial landscape.
