Mini Diamonds Reports Significant Profit Growth Amid Mixed Financial Indicators

Mini Diamonds (India), a microcap player in the gems, jewellery, and watches industry, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its improved performance metrics for the quarter ending June 2025. The company reported a significant increase in its profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter, reaching Rs 1.82 crore, which marks a remarkable growth of 111.6% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, net sales for the nine-month period stood at Rs 312.91 crore, showcasing a growth rate of 27.14%.
The company's operational efficiency is highlighted by its highest debtor turnover ratio of 2.63 times and a robust operating profit to net sales ratio of 2.55%. Furthermore, the profit before tax, excluding other income, reached Rs 2.46 crore, indicating strong operational performance.

However, not all metrics reflect positive trends. The PAT for the nine-month period has seen a decline of 68.86%, which raises concerns about sustainability.

In terms of market performance, Mini Diamonds has outperformed the Sensex over various time frames, particularly with a remarkable 73.90% return over the past year and an impressive 1011.50% return over three years, contrasting sharply with the Sensex's performance. This highlights the company's strong recovery and market positioning within its sector.
