This marks a significant decline for the small-cap finance company, which has seen its stock price decrease by 23.4% over the past year, contrasting sharply with the S&P 500's performance of 16.64% during the same period.

The fund's financial metrics reveal a price-to-earnings ratio of 9.00 and a price-to-book ratio of 0.87, indicating a potentially attractive valuation. However, the company has faced challenges, with a pre-tax profit of USD 36.1 million reflecting a decline of 38.87%. Additionally, the return on equity stands at 9.53%, while the return on capital employed has dipped to 9.34%, the lowest in the first half of the year.
