NCC Faces Significant Financial Challenges Amid Declining Performance Metrics

NCC, a small-cap player in the construction industry, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its challenging performance in the quarter ending September 2025. The company's financial metrics indicate a notable decline, with a significant drop in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 154.70 crore, marking a decrease of 22.9% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, key performance indicators such as operating profit to interest have reached a low of 2.29 times, while net sales have also fallen to Rs 4,543.01 crore, the lowest recorded. Other metrics, including profit before depreciation, interest, and taxes (PBDIT) and profit before tax (PBT) less other income, have similarly hit their lowest points at Rs 393.31 crore and Rs 166.57 crore, respectively.
