Nestle India has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a flat performance for the quarter ending September 2025. The company's net sales reached a notable Rs 5,643.61 crore, marking a significant achievement in revenue generation. However, several key performance indicators indicate challenges that the company is currently facing.

The return on capital employed (ROCE) stands at a low of 53.44%, suggesting inefficiencies in utilizing capital for generating profits. Additionally, cash and cash equivalents have dropped to Rs 95.59 crore, which may impact liquidity and operational flexibility. The debtors turnover ratio is also concerning, recorded at 55.29 times, indicating potential issues in collecting receivables efficiently.

In terms of market performance, Nestle India has shown resilience compared to the Sensex. Over the past week, the stock returned 7.49%, significantly outperforming the Sensex's 1.58%. Year-to-date, the stock has delivered a return of 17.59%, while the Sensex has returned 6.82%. Despite the challenges, Nestle India's performance metrics highlight its strong market position within the FMCG sector.
