Nila Infrastructures, a microcap player in the realty sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its performance metrics for the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs 74.04 crore, showcasing a significant growth of 85.98%. Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) for the latest six months reached Rs 12.79 crore, marking a growth of 25.02%. The profit before tax, excluding other income, stood at Rs 6.82 crore, with a notable increase of 64.73%.
However, challenges remain as non-operating income constitutes 35.48% of the profit before tax, indicating a reliance on income sources outside of core operations.

In terms of market performance, Nila Infrastructures has shown mixed results compared to the Sensex. Over the past week, the stock returned 0.60%, slightly outperforming the Sensex's 0.49%. However, on a year-to-date basis, the stock has declined by 20.03%, while the Sensex has gained 7.34%.
