Niyogin Fintech Faces Financial Health Shift Amidst Mixed Performance Indicators

Niyogin Fintech, a microcap player in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a flat performance for the quarter ending September 2025. The company's score has notably decreased over the past three months, indicating a shift in its financial health.
On the positive side, Niyogin Fintech reported net sales of Rs 151.85 crore over the last six months, showcasing a growth rate of 23.55%. Additionally, the company achieved its highest quarterly PBDIT at Rs 2.75 crore, with an operating profit to net sales ratio reaching 3.92%. The profit after tax for the quarter also marked a high of Rs 0.28 crore, translating to an earnings per share of Rs 0.03.

However, challenges persist. The debt-equity ratio stands at 0.48 times, indicating a reliance on debt financing. Furthermore, net sales for the quarter fell to Rs 70.10 crore, a decline of 16.4% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Non-operating income has also surged to 671.74% of profit before tax, raising concerns about the sustainability of earnings.

In terms of market performance, Niyogin Fintech's stock has faced volatility, with a year-to-date return of -12.22%, contrasting with the Sensex's gain of 8.53% during the same period. Over the past decade, however, the company has shown remarkable resilience, with a staggering return of 1400.95%, significantly outpacing the Sensex's 232.78%.
