The latest OI stands at 27,955 contracts, marking a notable rise of 4,666 contracts or 20.04% from the previous OI of 23,289. In terms of price performance, Oberoi Realty has outperformed its sector by 3.07%, with the stock gaining 4.61% today alone. It opened with a notable gain of 4.6% and reached an intraday high of Rs 1,695.7, reflecting a 5.89% increase. The stock has shown consistent performance over the last two days, accumulating a total return of 6.72% during this period.

Additionally, the stock's liquidity remains favorable, with a delivery volume of 2.29 lakh on October 15, which is 14.21% higher than the five-day average. Oberoi Realty's market capitalization is currently at Rs 60,380 crore, positioning it firmly within the mid-cap segment.
