PC Jeweller has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a notable performance in the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported its highest net sales at Rs 825.25 crore, alongside a robust operating profit margin of 21.55%. Additionally, the return on capital employed (ROCE) reached a peak of 8.38%, indicating effective utilization of capital. The debt-equity ratio stands at a low 0.22 times, showcasing a strong balance sheet. However, challenges remain for PC Jeweller. Interest expenses have surged to Rs 77.92 crore, marking a significant growth of 62.77% over the latest six months. Furthermore, non-operating income constitutes 33.81% of profit before tax, which may raise concerns about the sustainability of earnings. In terms of market performance, PC Jeweller's stock has faced headwinds, with a year-to-date return of -23.86%, contrasting sharply with the Sensex's gain of 8.38% during the same period.
