PNB Housing Finance has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a flat performance for the quarter ending June 2025. The company's score has notably decreased over the past three months, indicating a shift in its financial standing.

On a positive note, PNB Housing has reported its highest net sales for the quarter at Rs 2,076.11 crore, alongside a peak PBDIT of Rs 1,936.99 crore. The company also achieved a significant growth in profit after tax (PAT), reaching Rs 533.50 crore, which marks a 23.3% increase. Additionally, the debt-to-equity ratio (DPR) stands at a robust 6.71%, showcasing a strong capital structure.

Notably, the company has demonstrated impressive growth over three and five years, significantly surpassing the Sensex returns during those periods.
