Precision Wires India has shown significant financial improvement for the quarter ending September 2025, achieving record net sales and a high operating profit to interest ratio. Despite rising interest expenses and a low debtors turnover ratio, the company has outperformed the Sensex, indicating strong recovery and competitive strength in its sector.
Precision Wires India has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a notable improvement in its performance metrics for the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported its highest operating profit to interest ratio at 4.65 times, alongside record net sales of Rs 1,237.40 crore. Other key indicators include a peak PBDIT of Rs 70.34 crore and a robust operating profit to net sales ratio of 5.68%. The profit before tax, excluding other income, reached Rs 48.43 crore, while the profit after tax stood at Rs 35.61 crore, translating to an earnings per share of Rs 1.98.However, challenges remain, particularly with interest expenses, which have risen to Rs 31.83 crore, marking a growth of 34.02% over the last six months. Additionally, the debtors turnover ratio is at its lowest, recorded at 6.98 times.
