RACL Geartech, a microcap player in the auto ancillary sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting significant challenges in its performance metrics. The company's financial results for the quarter ending March 2025 indicate a decline in key indicators, with a notable drop in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 13.04 crore, marking a contraction of 36.17% over the last six months.

The return on capital employed (ROCE) stands at a low of 11.57%, while the inventory turnover ratio and debtors turnover ratio are also at their lowest, recorded at 2.71 times and 3.32 times, respectively. Additionally, net sales for the quarter reached Rs 87.29 crore, and the profit before depreciation, interest, and tax (PBDIT) was at Rs 19.12 crore, both reflecting underperformance. Non-operating income constituted a significant 55.95% of profit before tax, indicating reliance on non-core activities.
