Radico Khaitan Reports Strong Growth Amid Rising Debt Concerns in Beverages Sector

Radico Khaitan, a midcap player in the beverages industry, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its performance metrics for the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs 2,999.97 crore, showcasing a robust growth rate of 33.16%. Key performance indicators reveal that the operating profit to interest ratio stands at an impressive 14.60 times, while the profit before depreciation, interest, and taxes (PBDIT) reached Rs 237.63 crore. Additionally, the operating profit to net sales ratio is at a notable 15.91%, with profit before tax (PBT) less other income at Rs 184.57 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 139.56 crore, translating to an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 10.42.
However, the company faces challenges, particularly with a debt-equity ratio of 1.59 times, indicating a higher reliance on debt financing. In terms of market performance, Radico Khaitan has outperformed the Sensex over various time frames, including a year-to-date return of 21.17% compared to the Sensex's 7.70%. Over the past five years, the stock has delivered a remarkable return of 622.32%, significantly exceeding the Sensex's 112.44%.
