Rajesh Exports Reports Strong Financial Metrics Amid Inventory Management Challenges

Rajesh Exports has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a significant improvement in its performance metrics for the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs 175,211.76 crore, marking a notable growth of 41.8% compared to the previous four-quarter average. This surge in sales is complemented by the highest cash and cash equivalents recorded at Rs 2,592.14 crore, alongside a robust debtors turnover ratio of 94.19 times. The company also achieved its highest figures in several key performance indicators, including PBDIT at Rs 176.10 crore, PBT less other income at Rs 124.72 crore, and PAT at Rs 104.05 crore. Earnings per share reached Rs 3.52, showcasing the company's strong profitability during this period. However, not all metrics are performing optimally. The inventory turnover ratio stands at its lowest point of 40.10 times, indicating potential challenges in inventory management. In terms of market performance, Rajesh Exports has shown a stock return of 5.41% over the past week, significantly outperforming the Sensex, which returned 1.19% in the same timeframe. Despite a challenging year-to-date return of -18.15%, the company’s recent financial results highlight its resilience in the competitive gems, jewellery, and watches industry.
