Route Mobile Faces Financial Struggles Amid Declining Performance Metrics and Market Challenges

Route Mobile, a midcap player in the IT software sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting challenges in its performance metrics. The company reported a negative financial performance for the quarter ending March 2025, with a notable decline in key indicators. The profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at Rs 75.46 crore, marking a decrease of 12.2% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, the company's PBDIT reached its lowest point at Rs 121.89 crore, while the operating profit to net sales ratio was recorded at just 10.37%, also the lowest in recent times.
Other performance indicators, such as profit before tax (PBT) less other income, fell to Rs 91.57 crore, and earnings per share (EPS) dropped to Rs 8.98, both reflecting the company's struggles in maintaining profitability.

In terms of market performance, Route Mobile's stock has faced significant challenges compared to the Sensex. Over the past year, the stock has declined by 33.57%, while the Sensex has gained 9.35%.
